You are kindly asked for in time reservation. Our office should state the terms of payments. If fares are not paid in this term reservation is cancelled. Allowed payments are: cash, postal or bank orders. Opened return ticket is valid for 6 months from departure date. Two pieces of luggage x 25 kg each size 25x60x80 cm. – 50 kg total and one hand luggage are forwarded free. Third luggage will be forwarded if enough place and charged.

Cancellation fees: 30% of fare price if canceled 7 days before departure date; 90% of fare price if less than 7 days before departure date. For return ticket cancellation fee is invoiced separately for each direction.

Reservation changes: invoiced by ? 10 (for the international lines); if ticket cancelled after change of reservation the original cancellation fee is paid; any change of reservation 24 hrs before departure is not possible; prolongation of opened return ticket for next 6 months is invoiced ? 10; no compensation for lost opened tickets – it is necessary to buy a new ticket.

Clearance of passengers starts 30 min. and terminates 5 min. before scheduled departure time. Unoccupied places can be sold to waiting passengers.

Passengers are fully responsible for the validity and correctness of their travel documents. The company can not take responsibility for passengers rejected to enter the country, or held on the border or by road checks due to incorrect documents or other reasons. In such cases the fare will not be refunded.

Passengers must to know all valid customs regulations. In case it is necessary to unload luggage due to customs inspection on any border passengers are forced to unload and take their own luggage and show it to customs themselves. All luggages are labeled in the presence of the passengers.

Ticket price includes:

• The ticket is valid for the journey and date indicated. It must be handed to the driver on boarding the coach.
• Open tickets are valid for 6 months for the UK from the date of departure. Full information about conditions of booking and cancellation will be given to you by your agent.
• Luggage – 2 suitcases x 25 kg each size 25x60x80 cm. – 50 kg total and one hand luggage are forwarded free. All luggages are labeled. Extra luggage is charged.
• Clearance of passengers starts 30 min and terminates 5 minutes before departure.
• Passengers are fully responsible for the validity and correctness of their travel documents, as well as for insurance events “Live” and “Medical Expenses”, liable for the passengers themselves.
• All coaches are non-smoking.
• The consumption of alcohol is not encouraged.
• With ticket the travel agency concludes a contract for passengers transport taking our responsibilities according to article 42 – article 48 of Road Transportation Act (Promulgated Official Gazette № 82/ 17.09.1999, revised and amended in № 11 of 31.01.2002).
